All of our products are made to order and take 1-3 weeks to make, before shipping out.  Shipping method (i.e. 3 day air, etc.) is selectable at check-out time by the shopper.  Please reach out with any questions or concerns, we are happy to work with an expedited timeline on a one-to-one basis. 


Sofiest Designs utilizes Stripe, a 3rd party credit card processor to process payment information.  A PCI-certified auditor has audited Stripe. They are a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. 

Returns and Exchanges

We don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. As a small business, we have limited resources and find it more effective to operate on a one-to-one basis. With that said, if your order does arrive damaged or broken, please contact us and we will be happy to make things right. We will send a pre-paid shipping label for you to mail the broken item back to us. Once we receive the item in the mail, we will issue you a refund or expedite a replacement order.
