Shipping 

All of our products are made to order and have a unique amount of production time based off the specific product and time of the year. Our average production timeframe is around 5-10 business days but can always be confirmed through contact@sofiestdesgins.com. Free shipping is covered with orders over $100 and typically includes USPS ground transit (1-5 business days). Please reach out with any questions or concerns, we are happy to work with an expedited timeline on a one-to-one basis. 

Payment

Sofiest Designs utilizes Stripe, a 3rd party credit card processor to process payment information.  A PCI-certified auditor has audited Stripe. They are a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. 

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted when handled within the first five days of the package arriving to the customer. Returning orders in the US has a $10 return fee which helps offset the additional shipping costs. International returns will be responsible for the return label fee in full. Please package your item with the same care you received it in, refunds may be withheld if the item is returned in poor condition.

We offer shipping insurance which covers damaged items, lost packages, or stolen packages when you choose Route at checkout. Route ensures you get your order safe and sound, or your money back. To file a Route claim, simply go to their claims page, or email contact@sofiestdesigns.com for order assistance.

Quality 

Please note, each Disco Ball and 3D printed home decor item is handmade and produced. Some minor imperfections including gaps in the tiles, mirror scratches, mirror cracks and discoloration may be present due to the handmade nature of the craft. We pride ourselves in our attention to detail and try our best to deliver the highest quality product possible.
